渭南高新区政府、陕西/深圳核芯威科技有限公司、陕西高校众师生渭南地区老百姓严肃声讨：
美国甲骨文（中国）软件系统有限公司员工王小志、叶洋、周宏伟以其公司投资“8300万软件”和“4000万云计算硬件”为诱饵，以带动“当地软件产业40亿产值”为噱头，以共建“ORACLE WDP（渭南）实训基地”为名义，用“微软盗版软件”作为云终端操作系统，以“华为是项目硬件配套专项补贴扶持伙伴”作为幌子，杜撰一个不切实际的“西北唯一的教育云平台”项目。以此项目在陕西渭南地区，套取国家专项扶持资金人民币590万，骗取当地企业建设运营配套资金200多万元和40余位人力，致使企业主精神错乱造成重度抑郁，直接及间接给各方造成经济损失超过人民币1000万元。受害企业和政府多次向甲骨文方诉求项目解决办法未果，现只能向广大社会力量讨个公道！
希望各大媒体、各地高新区政府、各大高校计算机院系、各地工商行政部门、国家安全机构以及各位有良知的中国人团结起来，彻底查清并处理美国甲骨文（ORACLE）公司其员工在中国领土上造成的各种不道德商业行为，还中华人民共和国IT绿色净土，还当地企业公平合理的商业环境，能让老百姓有尊严地发展民族高科技产业！

Oracle (China) Software System Co., Ltd. (Wan Xiaozhi, Yeyang, Zhou Hongwei) to invest the value of "RMB 83 million software" and "RMB 40 million cloud computing hardware" as bait, to drive "the local software industry output value of RMB4000 million" as a gimmick, to HUAWEI is a special hardware support partner as a cover，to build a "Oracle WDP (Weinan) Training Base" in the name, Use Microsoft pirated software as a cloud terminal operating system, coined a unrealistic "Northwest only" cloud education platform project.
This Oracle WDP project in Shaanxi region cheat the national special funds (RMB5.9 million) to support its, to cheat the construction and operation of enterprises matching funds of more than RMB 2 million and more than 40 human, resulting in enterprises the main mental disorder caused by severe depression, directly and indirectly to the parties caused economic losses of more than RMB 10 million yuan. The enterprise and the government many times to the Oracle claims project solution failed, Now can only be a statement to the majority of social forces and gain more help!
